ClassicShell: les versions 3.6.6 -> 4.1 compatibles Windows 8.1

Bonjour,

Après Stardock et son Start8 v1.14 Beta, c'est au tour du développeur de ClassicShell d'apporter une meilleure compatibilité avec les futures versions de Windows, dont évidemment Windows Blue 8.1 dont la Preview est attendue pour le mois de Juin.

Mise à jour de maintenance 3.6.6 du 7 Avril.

• New setting to disable the taskbar transparency,
• Improved compatibility with future versions of Windows,
• Fixed some bugs found in the previous version.

Corrige un bug aléatoire provoquant un virement au noir de la Barre des tâches... l'option "Désactiver la transparence" est peut-être en cause:

La nouvelle mis à jour 3.6.8 du 30 Juin ajoute le support de Windows 8.1 Preview, et corrige quelques bugs.

Logo Classic Shell modifié et bouton Metro supprimé à la demande de Microsoft !

ClassicShell 3.9 Beta est une version majeure qui préfigure la 4.0 attendue le mois prochain... elle contient toute une série d'améliorations y compris pour la compatibilité Windows 8.1

Par contre le support de Vista est abandonné.

Nouvelle version 3.9.1 avec des corrections et améliorations, y compris pour Windows 8.1...

Nouvelle Bêta 3.9.3 du 25 Août (il n'y a pas eu de 3.9.2).

La version 4.0 est dispo en téléchargement sur le site de l'éditeur... résultat de 7 mois de développement et 3 mois de betatesting.

Le changelog est assez imposant:
Classic Shell 4.0 is released


Par contre le pack de langue fr-FR.dll, qui traduit juste les options et paramètres, est encore celui de la version 3.6.8.

Les utilisateurs de Classic Shell ne sont pas oubliés par le développeur du produit qui vient de publier en peu de temps les mises à jour 4.0.1 et 4.0.2 pour corriger quelques bugs.
