Problèmes connus pour cette Build 11099 :

• Log on for devices using Citrix XenDesktop may be broken. It is recommended that Insiders that use XenDesktop skip this flight by moving to the Slow ring.
• Applications that depend on Adobe Flash may crash upon launch. This will affect some version of Skype, QQ, WeChat, etc. This does not affect Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.

Non, pas du tout.
Le programme Insider est indépendant des versions commerciales "publiques".

Cette Build Insider Preview 11099 n'est disponible que via Windows Update, canal Rapide.

Pourtant en me connectant sur le site du programme insider , j'ai cliqué sur le lien PC à coter il y avait pour mobile et en dessous d'autre fonction pou les applis......Le lien "PC" m'a demandé de téléchargé l'outil
